The video is private, deleted, region-restricted, or the URL is wrong.
Correct URL format: https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890. Incorrect: profile URLs (/@username), TikTok Lite URLs, or browser address bar URLs with session parameters. Fix: Use the TikTok app → Share → Copy Link.
403 Forbidden error+
TikTok is rate-limiting our server IP, or the video is blocked in our region.
TikTok occasionally blocks datacenter IPs. We rotate IPs, but if you hit a 403, wait 10 minutes and retry. If persistent, the video may be region-locked (e.g., only available in India or EU). Try a different public video to confirm.
Download button does nothing+
Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) or clear browser cache.
